Panama City Beach, Destin & 30 A are a wonderful group of beach communities, each with their own unique style & features.
Panama City Beach
Panama City Beach is known for its 27 miles of sugar white sand & emerald waters, a feature found throughout the gulf coast. You will find that it is filled with families, retirees, and those serving in the military.
You will find the beaches are very easy to access no matter where you live. In fact, beach residents are known to just stop and take a look at the water as they are going about their daily routines.
The area is of course a hot vacation spot for families, and spring breakers. There are plenty of outdoor activities like fishing, boating, the state park and more. If you like nightlife, Panama City Beach has that too.
There are many local hangouts with a rich history & reputation. You will find a wide arrange of home types, from beach cottages, to gated communities, so there is something to fit everyone’s budget & lifestyle.
Destin
Destin has 24 miles of pristine beaches, and is known for its great fishing, cool restaurants & shopping & luxury communities. The area is newer than Panama City Beach, but still has that small beach community charm. In fact, the city calls itself ”The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village”. The city is located on a peninsula which separates the Gulf of Mexico from Choctawhatchee Bay.
You can expect a lot of local events & tournaments in Destin. Like Panama City Beach, you will find many visitors who have come to enjoy the beaches. There are many condos available, as well as residential homes. If you like golfing, shopping, and enjoying the beach, Destin is a place you want to check out.
30 A
30A is a VERY unique community. It includes many small villages, each with their own style. You have Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seaside & Others. 30A is located between Panama City Beach, and Destin. The villages are artsy and filled with neat beach bars, and high class restaurants. The landscape is beautiful and well maintained. An interesting features is the 25,000 acres of protected habitats surrounding the area.
The homes in this tight knit community are very stylish, and full of features. Many are beach homes, but there are also condos, and apartments as well. Living in this exclusive 20 mile community is amazing, and is truly a unique way to live.
